No need to pay transfer costs. I’d offer it for free first with buyer paying closing costs, and if no takers, then certified exit. Only need to pay transfer costs if Certified Exit refuses to take it for some reason.Become a TUG Member and offer them up for free on the Sale Page. Perhaps offer to pay transfer costs.

The idea of getting away from home is to get away from home. If I don't go at least seven or eight hours away from home, there's no point in going. (Not totally true. We go to Williamsburg quite often. Only two hours plus DC metro area traffic time from home). I have two Wyndham resorts within twenty minutes (plus DC metro area traffic time) of home.
