Hi guys,

I am thinking of getting rid of my contract. What is the best way to get rid of my contract?

I would first try to call the Certified Exit department at Wyndham (though not today, and maybe not on a Monday, and definitely first thing in the morning whenever you do call). Otherwise, offering it in the free timeshares forum here on TUG would be my next stop.

Become a TUG Member and offer them up for free on the Sale Page. Perhaps offer to pay transfer costs.
No need to pay transfer costs. I’d offer it for free first with buyer paying closing costs, and if no takers, then certified exit. Only need to pay transfer costs if Certified Exit refuses to take it for some reason.

What type of contract do you have- Property, fixed week or points, how many points, annual or biannual renewal, how much are your maintenance fees monthly/annually?

did you get rid of the contracts.. why you fed up with wyndham again??
