which url? i just checked the 3 main pages tug2.com tug2.net and tugbbs.com and all showed the certificate was valid?
 
Did you try reloading the site? Perhaps just a one time glitch?
 
I just sign into the website. I was using Microsoft Edge and Google. Must have been a glitch. Or maybe because my basketball team loss in the final seconds tonight.
 
You could try clearing your browsing cache.
It helped me when I had trouble accessing another site.
