Where to find Wyndham rentals?

I might be mistaken but I thought someone posted a while back that Koala made some kind of agreement with Wyndham about being transparent in regards to the owners who rent through Koala. Anyone else remember that?

Check RedWeek and get in the Wyndham owners website there are probably a few. You ask for what you’re looking for and someone fills your request if they want. There are a lot of Wyndham owners who know nothing about the rental crack down or owner Priority they probably have lives and hobbies outside their timeshares. I DO NOT. LOL. PRIVATE MESSAGE me if you need more information and advise.

It was previously discussed that many sites like Koala are required to divulge to Wyndham who the owner is. It's part of their contract with Travel and Leisure which Wyndham now owns.

We all know that Big Brother is watching on TUG, Facebook, eBay, etc. It remains to be seen what will come of that.

I highly doubt Go-Koala has any kind of contract with Travel + Leisure, or any other Wyndham entity.

Wyndham would undoubtedly like to put Go-Koala out of business like they did with WinPoint VIP, but Go-Koala is just a third party rental site and not booking reservations directly, like WinPoint VIP did. All Wyndham can do is put the serial commercial renters in Club Wyndham, regardless of the third-party advertisers, out of business, which Wyndham is getting better and better at over the past 10 years.

Koala Is pretty careful. There is no doubt T&L are aware of them, but as you say they are not doing the booking, just putting together requests and owners.

Go-Koala is diversified waaay beyond Wyndham timeshares. If the Wyndham listings somehow "go away" due to further commercial restrictions in Club Wyndham, it is just a blip in their total business.
