Yes, they are all in my account but, as per the screen cap on my annual statement a few posts back, the 154k FG account is gone from that, but it still exists in the program fees.That's actually encouraging to hear that the assessments going out now don't include the contracts set to be removed. Do you still see the contract(s) listed in your account? Or are they also gone entirely from your account? I am not making excuses, I am communicating my real world experiences regarding supporting IT billing systems. Don't change the system unless it's absolutely necessary.

So where else am I supposed to beat the dead horse if it’s not an Internet discussion board which is basically what they are for? I guess I can alwyas email the CEO or call and wait on hold for hours.
