Is $647 the new minimum for a MVC II Getaway 2 Bedroom for a Week

What are MVC AC's? Thanks
THey aren't MVC necessarily. They are accommodation certificates offered by Interval International.

I’ll be honest
I find Interval has a higher quality of timeshare units, in most cases
Interval has more "higher end chain" locations, like MVC mostly. However, I think the independents are as much a hit or miss as RCI. So it really depends on what you book. I keep coming back to my first II getaway in a independent, Villa Roma. It's the lowest ranked TS stay I've done to date, and only matched by my recent dipping my toes into VRBO.
… but RCI has a better price point, unfortunately that’s been my experience
Maybe I don’t know how to utilize Interval properly … but frankly I book a lot more with RCI.
Yea, I just find that RCI is way more bookable - the interface (now that I have an independent non Corp RCI account with points) is better to much better for finding stuff, the points exchange costs can let you stretch one week a LONG way depending on how you use it, and there are no "hidden" intervals, just ones you can't afford (and this is as far as I know the same for weeks / TPU). RCI also has a lot more availability - I usually have to stalk Interval to get an exchange or getaway, but I can almost always add on a week or two before or after via RCI extra vacations, exchanges, and last calls in any TS group location.
I personally keep both accounts because I can usually find something worthwhile in one or the other, plus Interval gives away guest certificates that help defray cost etc. I would love to hear others experiences
I do like trying to snag Marriotts with my independents, and in locations like Branson and Orlando I can do it pretty much whenever, and I can get off season and sometimes shoulder season elsewhere. I think so far it's worthwhile, but still drives my overall cost up vs RCI. It does beat my direct costs for HGVC though.

Exactly. But for those who are ok with independents, I think RCI has far more of them and therefore more locations overall than II. With that being said, I'm spoiled now when it comes to resort quality so I'm glad I got ride of my Bluegreen and therefore RCI so I can concentrate on the nicer resorts in II.
