1) How well does Westin Keirland and Westin Nanea rent throughout the year?
2) which rents (ROI) better ? In terms of demand and rental rates?

I am sure that others with direct experience will chime in, but WKV has a lower maintenance fee on a 2BR vs Nanea and I suspect can rent for as much as if not more than Nanea if you reserve during Spring Training season.

Thank you appreciated @dioxide45

I rented my March Kierland week for $4000 this year.

Ditto

Not sure about WKV, but I consistently rent my WKORV 1 BR ocean view for $3500 and my studio ocean view for $2800 per week.

I rented my Nanea February week for $4900 it was picked up within a week of posting. That was my first time renting.
Hi: I want to rent a 2 bedroom at the Westin Nanea. Does the Nanea charge you a fee for renting your unit? Thanks.

The Westin will not rent your unit - you have to do it yourself. They don't get involved in owner rentals beyond putting the guest's name on the confirmation, when you request it.

Sorry misunderstood your question. I rented thru redweek and paid the fee for full service. $59 and they take $99 when you receive the rental monies.
Plus they charge the renter an additional 6% of the rent.

I understood. I just posted it on Redweek. I chose the full service option as it is my first time renting. I saw the fees. Thanks again for your replies.

Thank you. I called owner services. I have to pay a $49 fee for changing the reservation name. Small fee given the rental fee.
Oh I am a 5 start elite so it’s free. This was my first time renting and did not know there was a fee to change the name.

I’ve never paid a fee for a name change on my home resort weeks and I rent 4 a year. I have no status either. You can make the change yourself on Vistana.com. They did charge me to change a Star Options reservation though.

Can you rent reservations made with Staroptions by paying the fee? I thought I read somewhere that you can only rent Home Resort Resservations.
