I have been trying to make a reservation the last half hour or so. I can log in to the website but can't access our ownership information to make a reservation. Anyone else having similar problems?
 
I'm getting the same error message on my iPad that I was getting on my computer: "We apologize however, we are unable to retrieve your points details at this time. Please click here to contact Owner Services."

I am getting the same error message. In addition, everything else on the site is extraordinarily slow today.
 
Yes, I have been trying to access the site all day! Just chatted with someone in customer service and she replied:

"Yes, I apologize you are receiving that error. We have all reported it to our corporate offices in Orlando, Florida. They are working on correcting the issue. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeframe as to when that will be fixed."

I asked if she could check availability for me, and her system is down as well. :crash:
 
I hope it comes up by Tuesday morning when we are planning to make our 12 month reservations.

WAIT: Only the points reservation system is down. It looks like weeks based reservations is working.

Looks like the Points system is back up and running as of this morning.
