Wyndham system is down this a.m.

Not only is the reservation system down, but the reservation that I made yesterday morning is no longer reflecting in my reservation list, and my points reverted to the previous level. You can see availability, but not make a reservation.
At least when you call their 1-800 number you still get a live person, not a recorded message. I was told to check back in an hour.

Did the reservations clerk have the same problem?? ie no reservations right now phone or on line?

I didnt go as far as paying the $30 transaction fee. but I can get to the make a reservation window

Just checked the on-line verision. It worked. Just made a reservation.

Unable to cancel or add guest names to reservations online. It started sometime yesterday.

With this setup it will take around 2 days for the reservations to show up in accounts. Maybe longer as it is the weekend.

Not sure if the inventory is in real time.

I believe they made some notification that both the online system and the telephone system were going to be down part of this weekend for computer upgrades.

Are you sure this isn't a nefarious scheme by the "Occupy Wyndham" organization dedicated to the downfall of rich Timeshare companies and their associate Sales Weasels?

Clearly they stole the unjustly acquired wealth off the backs of the unsuspecting proletariat...

Received confirmation number yesterday. Reservation was accepted as requested. Whew. I hope the RCI 'maintenance' goes more smoothly.
