Wyndham Sapphire Valley

I own 2 RCI weeks units and am closing on an RCI points currently. I am pretty familiar with these systems.

I am also looking to purchase in NC, and have stayed at this particular TS 3 times, so it is on our short list. However, it is a Wyndham and it has not been as easy to find info on that system as the RCI.

This auction is for 77k points. I plan to use, not exchange this unit, however 77k doesn't seem like it will get me much in Sapphire Valley. Would that be true?

One Bed Small size in that resort in prime season. That is intended for 4 person.

It should be good enough if you have small family. If you don't need prime time, you can treat it as 2 or 3 year package, put all points in credit pool and used it in one year. 2 BD in Prime time is 154k, so 2 year package can work. If you do that, the cost maybe higher though.

the maint fees on the above auction look very high and are (perhaps) incorrect ( =$8.12 per 1k points). If they are correct, don't buy this one.

It's a converted blue week.

So if you want to stay there at the end of November, early December you could probably get it for $199 Extra vacation. Rather than $500+ MF

The MF is the same as a converted Red week, but you get half as many points.

You can always get this area for 28K at this deep Blue time.
