Seller looking to liquidate Wyndham Ownerships many locations available including the new Wyndham Club Access Program. Seller only wants $50.00 per contract just to cover minimal expenses. Buyer responsible for maint and taxes, closing costs and $299 resort transfer fees. Please email me for more on her list.

No, the seller has not paid any 2013 fees. We are collecting 4 months worth of maint fees

Club WYNDHAM Plus Assessment
Annual Fee: $756.14 + $83.16 = $839.30
Monthly Fee: $839.30 / 12 = $69.94
 
What is your association with the seller, you obviously are not familar with the Timeshare Industry or your would have included

Taxes (S/B Zero with the exception of Oceanside which is now gone)
 
I'm a licensed real estate agent for over 10 years..perhaps you may want to look at the post above most of the info is there. Jan Feb March and April for the 4 months maint fees and taxes.. Closing costs are $300. I wasn't going to list every single maint fee so if you are interested in a few email me
