wyndham resort - points!/flexibility

Our ownership is at Bentley Brook, Mass. but you can choose any resort in the country, we've been to nashville, steamboat springs, vermont, etc..
all veryvery nice. You get the deed for 154,000 points, that is one week or several long weekends - the beauty of points is you can plan around your desires. Your responsibility is a $75. a month maintenance fee. Your deed is for life plus to be willed to your family. We paid it off a few years ago, the deed is free and clear (we paid $20k ) We will accept any offer. We can no longer go on vacations due to unemployment. Our loss is your gain. Maintenance fees seem high for only 154,000 points, $75 x12=$900 per year.
What is the use year and are all the annual points available to new owner?
I am a Whyndam owner.

I've seen many of these that are not actually deeded.. Many of the UDI contracts have to be transferred with an assignment through Wyndham, and don't actually require a closing agent.

Not sure how the weeks ownership were originally conveyed.

I was / am not aware of any Wyndham facility anywhere in the state of Vermont...
