Wyndham rental agreement

Does anyone have a version of a Wyndham rental agreement that they require rentees to sign? And would you mind PM'ing me if you're willing to share it?

Also, if I pay for a guest cert from Wyndham and the guest cancels, will I have to purchase another guest cert for the next rentee?

Thanks!

Not sure that you need a Wyndham specific rental agreement ACE. The one I use for my rentals, including Wyndham, is in the user files here on TUG. If you'd like for me to email it directly to you, please feel free to PM me with your email address and I'll send it right over.

p.s. With your UDI/Points contract with Wyndham, I think you get a free g/c per year. I just got one for my sister and there was no charge. It did state that if I changed it, there would be a fee.

Wow, that's great of you to do that. I'll take a pm or a link to the user files area. I tried to find it. Thanks!

Yes - your guest will need it to check in. Look at it this way - if you were renting would you be willing to spend a large sum of money and then show up at the resort with no proof of your reservation? Renters are nervous folks, and you need to make sure they know you are Legit - offering a confirmation directly from the resort is an easy way to do this.

I always:
-ask for a $100 deposit
-send the renter the confirmation in their name
-allow them to verify it with the resort
-ask for the balance in full after they verify it
-NO cancellations - NO refunds

Here are some more suggestions: http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=109479

It used to be in an area called "Advice" which I cannot seem to find now. (Maybe it's been deleted?) Anyway, I can email it to you, if you'd like.

It is in the red bar at the top of the page.

Thanks Denise. Found it (I didn't realize I needed to scroll). DOH

Here is the link. Be sure to scroll past the first set of ads, which I initially thought was the bottom of the page.

The guest certificate is required - any change requires a NEW guest certificate and you to PAY for it. Book via the computer is $99 verses a callin $129 charge.

Re-read the spelling of the name - twice before clicking the mouse.

They also only have 1 first and 1 last name --- I usually try to fit in "Mary & Joe" on the first name. It is a bit harder dealing with 2 last names - I ASK the name being used on the credit card --- if it is different last names.
