Wyndham>RCI Portal, only two names can be on the RCI account? We have six names on the Wyndham account

Wyndham; Disney OKW & SSR; Marriott's Willow Ridge, Shadow Ridge and Grand Chateau; Val Chatelle; Hono Koa OF (3); SBR(LOTS), SDO a few); WKORV-OFC-4 and Westin Desert Willow.
We have three units for Dolphin's Cove. Ours we have through WorldMark and Rick's name is on the WorldMark account, so all is good for that one.

One unit is for our son, wife and their three kids. The other is for my sisters and me.

Only Rick's and our daughter's names are on the account. All five of our kids are on the contracts. It seems I have to pay a guest certificate for me and for our son.

I have had this happen a few times over the last few years. At the time 4 on the account, and only 2 on RCI. We are down to 3 so this happens less often. I was always able to call RCI to change the booking to the proper name without the GC charge. Last time was probably about 1 year ago. I always had the feeling they took a minute or two to check with Wyndham before they did it.
 
Last time I called, RCI made me pay for a guest certificate for me for a week we had at Disney's Saratoga Springs, and I am on every contract in our account with Rick. This is something I have been trying to fix for a while now, and it seems like no one at RCI listens.

I can see myself being completely done with Wyndham and RCI. It's not fun dealing with any of these people.

5 on our Wyndham account and only 2 with RCI. I was able to get Wyndham and RCI on the phone at the same time for RCI to validate that the person checking in was an owner. No GC was required and check in was smooth. July 2023. RCI and Wyndham will work together to get owners in without the fee.
 
I've had that situation every time I use RCI. My name is not on the RCI reservation, but it is on the Wyndham account. I've seen them work this in 2 different ways: 1. Most common, and at several resorts. At check in, they login to our Wyndham account to confirm my name is on the Wyndham account. 2. This year, at Grand Desert, she went into the back room and returned with a print out. It seemed like they created a print out of all Wyndham owners that had an RCI reseration for that week. She easily confirmed my name.
