Aw, this thread was where I picked up that Flagstaff contract. Good times. It was great while it lasted. Not so great when the maintenance fees went up 14% in 2022, then 14% the next year, then I gave it back with Certified Exit, then it went up 15% the next year. (It apparently went down for 2025 and is still lower than CWA, but higher than I want in my portfolio.)

After 40+ years of T/S ownership, I am no longer "an owner"
I loved my Flagstaff fixed week #13. I acquired it free (with 2 prior years spacebanked w/RCI) in 2004 and used it as a great trader when we weren't going to AZ on vacation. After several years of fun times, we did a deed back to the HOA/POA in 2013 at no cost to us. Here we are back in March 2009 on our balcony with the TUG Banner.

For 2024 I thought they were .72 /.70 per thousand. PR was .80.

Someone posted that they went up to .75 for 2025 and I'm guessing that's for with Plus Partners. If that's correct it would make without Plus Partners .73 and PR .83.

Sorry but we're traveling and our mail is waiting for us at home so I don't have our annual assessment letter to confirm the 2025 figures.

Edit: I found our annual assement on Paymentus. I had to to the math and the .75 for with Plus Partners and .83 for the 1st M PR points are both correct. It's safe to say the .73 for without Plus Partners is also correct.

Without looking at our paper statement I don't know what the minimum program fees are.
Jan thanks for the prompt reply. I just received my 2025 dues statement and without Plus Partners Program fee is .73

2025 Club Wyndham Program Fees: Plus Partners: $0.75 per thousand points, with a minimum rate of $208. Non-Plus Partners: $0.73 per thousand points, with a minimum rate of $188. Presidential Reserve: $0.83 on the first million points per thousand points
