To any person looking at this contract, the Program fee would DECREASE if you already own resale Wyndham points to about $5.67 per month. A member number has a MINIMUM Program fee which this OWNER did not meet... hence, the way HIGHER program fee total.

Yes. This is the only Wyndham Points we own. Own other timeshares in RCI Points and Weeks. We are downsizing with kids in college. Just returned from a trip to Disney Saratoga Springs and stayed in a one bedroom in December that only cost 77,000 points. We bought this timeshare when we also owned at Alexandria which we sold a few years ago.

One advantage of the program fee is that it also includes RCI. However we also have a separate RCI Points account and are paying yearly for it too.

What is the use year? Any points in the credit pool?

Use year starts April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017 with all points available. None are in the credit pool, but there are still 21,000 for 2015 use year until March 31, 2016.
