Anyone interested in a free Wyndham Star Island timeshare(s)? 189,000 bi-annual (even years - maintenance is 68.75/month). All you need to do is pay the transfer/closing. If interested, please reach out.
We also have an annual 128,000 contract also at Star Island (maintenance is 77.12/month). Certified Exit will take the annual one back as a surrender, but not the bi-annual one. If you'd like both, they are yours for just the transfer/closing.
We own other contracts that we are keeping, but paring down our holdings. We've always bought resale, but never sold... so would welcome any advice or help figuring out the best way to do this. Thank you!
