Wyndham Panama City Beach Resort

We recently booked a lower studio unit here. We rarely do studios, but wanted to stay bad enough to pick this.

How "low" are they and how far up do they go in order to have a decent view of the ocean.

I stayed there Labor Day weekend via RCI exchange. My unit was on the 8th floor and we had an excellent view. The first couple of floors appears to have and obstructed ocean view because of the sand dunes. I think anything on floor 4 and up should be fine.
I may be wrong on this, but I believe the first 8 or 9 floors are considered “lower”. We really enjoyed our time there. It is a nice resort.
