Is this a thing again? I have not get notice about it being down midweek in a long time, yet at 9:25 pm CDT it was down. Where we given any notice of an outage?

I just tried to get on using my phone and am repeatedly getting the "something unexpected happened" message after I enter the six digit number they text.

This is the second unannounced outage I've noticed within a month.

Happening to me (Worldmark site) as well... got the "maintenace" screen but on my phone the "something unexpected"

They do maintenance every two weeks. Sometimes it requires taking the site down and other times it doesn’t, but it’s always every two weeks unless they have an urgent hit fix that has to go in sooner. Major deployments have their own timeframe.

It’s typically on a Wednesday.

Yea but this was ne was weird. I had just booked Pagosa Springs and hit the button co confirm the reservation then the back to vacations to see confirmation and POOF gone. The whole website was gone! Immediately went to email and fortunately it made it through just in time.

That is why I asked if being down was the new norm. I thought it was down at the time it was down. It was back up a few hours later.

Having issues again tonight, wasn't getting the login box, cleared cash, now I am getting the something unexpected error.

I can log into Worldmark, just not wyndham.

I logged in and my membership showed no contracts and no reservations (I have a week booked at Christmas at Bonnet Creek). Now I can see my contract, but the reservation is gone. I am going to be really upset if my reservation is lost, should I be worried, or is this a normal glitch?

Probably the same thing as when I cannot see certain RCI reservations but calling-in assures me "they are there" and so far, I have been able to check-in at them. Call-in and confirm your reservation.

Imagine the "cluster" this is going to be when the "major update" which, if past is prologue is sure to be a major f/u, happens next month.

Welcome to the not so wonderful part of being a Wyndham owner. This is something that happens so don't worry. Your reservations aren't lost or cancelled. Hopefully by tomorrow morning you should be able to once again see your reservations.

As @CO skier posted its about guaranteed that the upcoming major update is going to be a s..tshow.

**The day before it's scheduled make very sure you take screenshots or pictures with your phone of your point balances and all your reservations. I do this sometime during the day on December 31st also. There must have been a reason one year and now I do it every year. It's a good idea to have your starting point balance if you ever think there's a discrepancy later in the year.

Some people keep the screenshots or pictures of all their reservations in a file. That's something I wish I had been doing. There's been a number of times I've wanted to know when we stayed at a resort or what size or type of unit we had.

Reservation is back this morning. This is great advice, thanks.

BUT, they bill your credit card for your charges on time each and every month.....

Because in the pre-Voyager days the system was down the first few days of the new year while they reset everything for the current year. Things sometimes had a way of disappearing (not much has changed in that regard).

They can't do that either, they billed too little this last month. No idea why, it has been working fine for me this whole time on the paymentus side, however what wyndham thinks paymentus collected is a running issue.
