Wyndham Maintence Fees Payments

Wyndham Points discounts are made within 60 days of check-in. VIP Points discounts: Silver 25%, Gold 35%, Platinum 50%. These discounts are for NEW reservations at Club Wyndham Plus and Affiliate locations.

Wyndham Upgrades: Receive an instant upgrade when booking a reservation to the next largest unit available. OR do it later. Silver within 30 days of check-in, Gold within 45 days of check-in. Platinum within 60 days of check-in. You can receive 1 upgrade to the next largest unit - if available?

Gold and Platinum members can request specific units when booking their reservation. A call in request to Wyndham to put "DO NOT MOVE" could also be considered an upgrade for the building location, view or floor level.

Keep in mind, that VIP benefits can change. VIP benefits have done so in the past. VIP benefits are ONLY good for properties that are Wyndham managed. VIP benefits are ONLY for members and Not their guest (unless the guest is traveling with the VIP member). However, the VIP member can get the room upgrade and get the points discount. Room request for guests are not guaranteed. Look for resorts in the Club Wyndham Plus Member's Directory that say VIP member benefits apply. Otherwise - they do not.

RCI upgrades are ONLY for Gold and Platinum members. You can upgrade to the next largest unit for Value and Quiet demand bookings.

Hey Ray - I love reading your posts in any format / language .

and like me -did you start typing after age 50 + / when you bought an Android phone - after accidentally killing your flip phone .

Actually in highschool. It these small letters and my big fingers that don't help. My problem is I think faster than I type, hence the run on sentences. I have to slow down.

As far as the upgrades, VI P, that's what I thought.

Just a point of clarification.

The VIP benefits at the resort, like the USA Today newspaper and early check in, do not extend to guests

but a guest can occupy an upgraded and discounted reservation
