I received an email from Wyndham stating that there was a system error and my fees were not taken out. I called today and the rep could give me any update and that the situation should be taken care of next month. Did anyone else have an issue with the error that occurred with auto pay for maintenance fees?

I find this fishy because in the beginning of this month I called Wyndham we care to give back our timeshare because we are no longer interested in Wyndham due to all the closing of the resorts, getting screwed in the pic program, (long story) and not interested in traveling. I completed the information with the rep and she gave me all the does and don'ts while they review our contracts to see if they will take it back. We own our ts and are current with the maintenance fees for the past 20 yrs. The resp told me to call back in April to see if we qualify.

During my call today I was forwarded to the finance dept and paid the March fee to avoid Wyndham claiming I'm not current on my dues. I will be on top of this in the future. I also Asked to speak to someone in the pic program because we are being audited and since we don't have any week and only points to roll over ( remember we were conned into this program), we will probably be kicked out of the VIP gold program that we have been grandfather into with 400,000 points. The rep informed me she needed to put me on hold...... and there I was on hold for 20 minutes. So I hung up. I plan on calling next month for any update.

I think if you were to spend a few days scanning the Wyndham forum, you'd find that all of your experiences are not new for Wyndham.
