Wyndham Elysian availability

I am (and have been) thinking about buying a Fairfield account on eBay, and I've found a biennial account that looks reasonable (from a MF perspective).

A major reason to buy it would be to be able to access the Elysian Beach Resort, a place that I really like.

Would one of you Fairfield owners be willing to check your online system (I think Fairfield has one like our WM system) and see if, in general, there's alot of availability at Elysian 6-10 months out, or is it pretty tight?

I don't want to buy this thing, and then learn that it's hard to get into the property for whatever reason.

Am willing to bet availability is limited as some of the resort units are privately owned.

Which date range?

Right now, nothing is avail until March. March has very small availability here and there most toward end of March, and some days has no availabile until mid of April. April 18 to end of April, you have more than 10+ units avail every day (the on-line does not show you exact how many units is there, just no avail, limited avail, and enough avail). May is mixed. Few days are not avail, some days has enough, some days has limited. I will say it is about 1/3 each.

June has all the avail. July is the same except the 1st week is limited or none (Guess that is because July 4th weekend).

Don't know what will happen for Feb March time frame at 10 month.

Thank you, that is extremely helpful, and is encouraging -- especially since we would likely be traveling in April or May.
