Does anyone know the phone number for Mike Brown, CEO Wyndham? Thanks.

I’m not aware of any published phone number but the email address published on many forums and FB groups is:

Michael.brown@wyn.com

Specifically for timeshare related inquiries at least.

I know there are news/movie stories about how someone emailed or called a CEO to get things changed. But has anyone actually experienced that with Wyndham?
I would assume the CEO does not answer his own phone or emails.

The one occasion where I wrote him, after many calls/encounters with owner care, I was called and my issue was resolved within 3 days. On another occasion regarding one of the roll out 'upgrades', I wrote the person in charge and had personal notes in response. And, the upgrade was upgraded. YMMV and each situation is different.

Did you ever get a phone number for Mike Brown?

There is no phone number available that I've ever seen published. Email is currently the only method available for issue escalation. This is likely because there's a small group of people that take emails from his account and process them into the correct departments by way of referral from the CEO's office for issue resolution. Synchronous communication modalities like dedicated phone banks don't work well for this type of interaction and are expensive to maintain in comparison - that's why they have chosen an asynchronous communication modality (email) intentionally for CEO type inquiries and corresponding issue referrals coming from the CEO's office to promote timely issue resolution. This works well especially for more complex issues that seem to fall through the cracks coming in via the standard front-line customer service phone banks (Owner Care).

The latest email address travelandleisure.com bounced back. I tried the wyn.com email address just now waiting for that to bounce back. We were in Cayman Islands last year, stood at The Wyndham. One of their sales associates followed us around for 2 days trying to get us to do the 90 minute timeshare tour. Since we love the island so much my husband and I wanted to find out more. The salesman who showed us around was really nice, but the numbers were not adding up. We always go with our gut feeling & decided not to pursue. They gave us a voucher for 7 nights free at any Wyndham property. Nothing is free I told them & they said oh you just have to pay a booking fee & possible resort fees which was only good for a year. That gave me the excitement to come back. We knew it was only good for a year. As soon as we got back home I created an account & entered the certificate number & saw the expiration date was May 30th, 2025. We were thinking of doing a 10 day Mediterranean cruise instead but thought that we would be stupid to give up 7 free nights in Cayman Islands. I called the Resort Vacations to use those 7 nights this May at The Westin & the agent told me there would be an upgrade fee, this fee, that fee, etc. The upgrade fee is much more than what we would pay on our own. I am so upset, aggravated and annoyed. We were given bogus information & basically ruined our plans. The plan was to stay at Morritts Tortuga for 3 nights (we would pay out of our own pocket) & then The Westin using the certificate. When the agent told me it would be $4172 I almost fell off my chair. That does not include the resort fees. Big lies. That is why I want to find this Michael Brown CEO's email. If anyone does know the latest email address, please let me know. Thank you!

I understand that those bonus 7 night certificates are actually facilitated through RCI. You should be able to search availability and look at all the fees online.

This sounds like it is through Resort Vacation Certificates, the website is www.resortcerts.com, you can go online and search availability and see the fees. This happened to us as well, it was our first time staying at a time share and was checking in late at night, I was interested in doing a sales presentation to see what they were all about and to see what sort of gift we might receive, we were offered a "free" week and I didn't even think to ask for any details. Not something I would accept again as a gift for a tour, I view it as a rookie mistake on my part. There are some deals to be had, mostly in places like Orlando and Las Vegas, off-season, and need to travel on short notice, effectively similar to getting an accommodation certificate in II, though with a wider range in fees.

Yeah. This is the same as what we got. It is excess RCI inventory. It's operated by Panorama Travel Solutions, LLC. Same address as Travel + Leisure who owns RCI.

Any updated email address(es) for him?
Any point emailing him to try to expedite my WorldMark transfer (which WynDumb is taking forever to process, like everyone else), or not mess with them?
TY!

Wyndham knows when you call them "WynDumb". Every time you do, your transfer gets pushed back another week...
