With the recent change of DVC into RCI I was wondering can we use Wyndham in the RCI point or just weeks? If there is a thread already I appoligize and appreciate someone pointing me to it, I got a "fatal error" using the search feature.

Wyndham deeds that do not have Plus Partners are Weeks only. You can get access to Points inventory through Plus Partners, but that requires either a retail purchase or a fee paid to the developer.

It remains to be seen where the DVC inventory ends up, or what it will take to get it. I wouldn't rush to a purchase for this specific purpose until we know more.

I'm not buying anything just to trade into DVC. I own Wyndham UDI points from Kingsgate already and was just wondering if I deposit into RCI could they be used as weeks, points or both? It was brought up DVC might go to RCI points and a few other TS I own would be RCI weeks (unless I pay some outrageous fee to convert) so I was wondering how the Wyndham points I have would work. I bought my Wyndham mainly to use at Wyndham I have other TS to trade with but thought this is worth checking into as I should find out regardless of what DVC decides to do.

If you bought resale, you can't use Nightly Stays through Plus Partners without enrolling your points. Even if you have Plus Partners, you don't get a "real" RCI Points account, so you can't use PFD.
