WorldMark Transfer time AFTER DocuSign?

We may be getting close to our transfer. We started at the end of January and finally received the notice that our DocuSign is complete. I'm being told that it could take another 8 to 11 weeks before the account is set up, is this right ?

*was 2 weeks for me (although not all credits have yet transferred & may take 2 months from date of final sale, per WM/Wyndham & the broker)..

I think it's done. I check my account and the credits from the transfer are in my account. It took about 5 months and a few days from start to finish. I'm a bit stoked.

We purchased an additional 35k credits, to combine with our 26k membership. We transferred $$ on 11/5/2024, and the sale finally went through in late June 2025 - just about 7 months. We love the WorldMark system, but the transfer time was ludicrous.

Agree :-(
Did you use a broker or do this yourself or got a freebie account on TSN?

Yes they were. We bought a Timeshare Angels WM account back in the day. We also bought 120,000 one time use credits from them for a family reunion trip one year.

They used to sell housekeeping tokens. Are those even something you can buy anymore?

Wondering if I bought additional WM, would I have two ownerships, if I bought a different anniversary month. My current anniversary month is March, which has been ideal.

Does Wyndham still move credits to keep them from expiring by shuffling reservations to use older credits? I remember being worried about cancelling a reservation and I was assured there would be shuffling overnight. Kind of weird, but it worked.

That's awful. Wyndham sucks.

If you run out of house keeping tokens then they charge a fee as the reservation is made is what I think.

If you purchase another resale Worldmark you can combine both accounts to lower your maintenance fee or have two separate accounts. I like having two accounts because of the bonus time rules and the ability to make two reservations at 13 months out.

I can see what credits are used for each reservation so it hasn't been a problem for us.

The last combining of accounts for us was recently completed. It looks like the anniversary month used was with the larger account. I'm not sure that's how why. Cancellations depends on the type of reservation. You would want to cancel the reservation by the cancellation date on the reservation. The one thing to consider when canceling a reservation is the date the credits expire. You can roll the expiring credits into a new reservation by contacting a reservation rep.
