Here is a 25,000 credit membership proposal that was turned down. The cost is $112,849 for 25,000 credits. That is about $4.51 a credit.

The last two Worldmark membership we took over were free and were fully loaded with 2 years of credits.

That is a huge contrast.

Why did you turn them down? I would have sold them my 25,000 credits for that much! I might have even given them a lower interest rate!

I had thought these WM memberships were selling for about $3.50 a credit not $4.50. Like many things, you blink and you miss it. It does make me feel very good about all of the free WM memberships we acquired to get past a Founders level, lol.

I have absolutely no knowledge about worldmark but I’m curious to know how much vacation time those 25,000 credit will get me?

We have stopped going to any 'updates' or other meetings with the sales teams. These memberships used to actually have a secondary market value, but now the volume of people wanting to get rid of theirs, that value is totally gone.

Regardless, we still enjoy both of our memberships and use them for about 7 weeks every year.

always free all the time on TUG...

It depends on season, unit size and resort. Worldmark has unit sizes ranging from 4 bedroom units to a studio. Most of their resorts have up to a 2 bed unit. The 4 bed unit is in Anaheim. You would have to look at a point chart but typically in red season a 1 bed unit is about 8,000 credits a week, 2 bed is about 10,000 a week and a studio is about 6,000 credits a week but this depends on the resort.
