Debating what I want to do on a second 6,000 credit ownership currently. Maintenance fees for each 6k ownership are $918.38 or $1,836.76 in total. A combined 12k credit ownership is $1,346.58 (I think) so combining would be a savings of $490.18 annually on paper, but with the second account separate I would get another housekeeping token worth $132 (3 bedroom value) so maybe view as a $358.18 extra fee to keep the 2 ownerships separate. However, Waitlists, Bonus Time, etc... advantages with the two separate. Renting credit advantage leans towards the combined 12k ownership I feel like and that is something I have done historically for larger family vacations. Decisions, decisions.

Can you split after you combine? Think 5k + 7k > 6k + 6k?

Possibly. Not sure if Wyndham/Worldmark would do that or not. That would only be a $144.08 premium vs having the 12k credits combined at $1,346.58 vs a 5k & 7k at $1,622.66 total (I'm netting out a 3bd HK token. Ultimately, I rarely stay 7 nights at a WM so leaning towards just combining.
