Hi Everyone,
My wife & I purchased a Worldmark Wyndham timeshare, but after researching at home have decided to cancel it. (It's been less than 7 days) I'm preparing the rescind letter, but noticed in the contract there are multiple agreements we agreed to. Besides the main contract, there is one with TravelShare, Vacation Sidekick & TravelUP. Each page has their own directions to cancel, and the address/fax number is different. To anyone who has cancelled before, is it okay to send 1 letter, or do I need to send a separate one to each entitity?

Thanks for your help in advance!

The most important is the timeshare sales agreement. Everything else is based upon it.

Thank you, I expected that would be the case.

Also wanted to thank this forum, I happend to research what I bought and fumbled to this site and discovered there was a resell market! We like what the package offers, but will be buying at a fraction of the price. Have a great day!

Congrats on finding Tug and saving some money! Just wondering if you would share the # of credits and cost of the contract? Tug likes to document the savings. You will probably be able to match what they offered you and save 95%.

It was 15k WM Credits for approxamately $25k. So this was supposedly an unbelievable deal because it was orignally a $37k contract that the previous owner defaulted on and we had to jump on it now because there were 3 other couples waiting to pounce on it. I've been looking at the resale value for 15k credits and it's around $3,500 :)

Glad you found out about this site and it’s community. We did the same as you about three weeks ago. So glad we cancelled
