Seller is asking $3,400 for WMH annual, gold season, 2BR L/O unit.
I think it is a good price, but I am not sure if it is "hard to find" good deal? If this price is easy deal to get, I would pass it on this time and buy later?
Is gold season in WMH good trader through II?
Thanks for any advice!

Wow - if you're looking for WMH, you should grab this now. I'm not sure prices can go any lower at WMH. I paid (a few hundred) more than this for my EOY Silver week at WMH in 2005...prices have really changed since then!

My Silver WMH gets fantastic trades via II, so you should do even better!

Is it wise to buy a resale gold week? Wouldn't it be better to find a platinum week that is worth more SO's since you're going to be paying the same MF whether you own gold or platinum?

That IS a very low price though!!!

For maximum staroptions, the platinum week would be better.

These weeks is a very good traders with II.

I don't think the OP is buying the week for requalifing. I think they are looking for a trader, that will give them the Starwood preference in II.

If you are going for 5* you need to map out the staroptions you will need to get to 559,000. One of the cheapest, efficient ways is to buy small, off season unit and a resale unit with good staroption values. Upgrade the small unit to a larger, higher demand season unit and requalify the high staroption unit at the same time.

Thank you for your answers!
Tomandrobin is right, I have no interest buying retail (developer) for requalify or 5*. I just want to use WMH as II trader and want starwood preference.
Thanks again!
