I'm just looking for clarification on booking a room for a guest at bonus time pricing. Do I just use the 4 month calendar to see what it available and then book it within 5 days of arrival? Will that include housekeeping?

EDIt to ADD: Can I book it a day before arrival online?

Presley,

I've not booked bonus time online, but it should work just fine. I've always called over the phone, and yes, i have booked it the day before arrival. You should be able to use the 4 month calendar and book it within the appropriate timeline (I thought it was 14 days). It does include housekeeping.

Good luck!

Greg

14 days advanced booking for owners and 5 days advance booking for guests.

You can book BT online but as I remember during the last 48 hrs before checkin you will have to call on the phone.

Bonust time includes houskeeping.

I've booked Bonus Time on the day of arrival. We were headed from Denver to Las Vegas in the winter with a planned stop at WorldMark St George, UT. I waited until we were past the mountains before making the reservation to make sure we didn't run into any snow conditions which would keep us from getting to St George in a day.

If you book less than 48 hours before arrival you need to do it by phone. Online booking cuts off for those last two days. Also, when you book within 48 hours there is no cancellation period. You use the reservation or lose the money you spent to get it. (A few special exceptions apply)
