WLR Resale - Cancellation policy < 60 days?

Had an accident and am unable to travel to WLR. Did not get insurance this time (feel like such a fool).

Does the 60 day cancellation policy apply to WLR resale properties without StarOptions? Read a while back that it doesn’t apply to WLR but can’t find the thread.

What are my options? Ideally, I’d like to reschedule for another week 60+ days out from original booking date or rent to cover the MF somehow.
