WKV Selling 249 Weeks to Owners

Well now I won't be tempted to get a 4th unit, silver lining!

What’s the closing cost? I got the invite but wasn’t able to log on due to work meetings. Glad I didn’t waste my time trying to snag one at those prices.
 
Too bad about the pricing. I've been looking for a WKV small side 1 bedroom for awhile, but $6k for that is too much, imo.
 
Checked my Vistana.com this morning and low and behold my WKV 2BR Platinum (148,100) is part of "what I own". Didn't even get a welcome email! Maybe it is on its way. I was able to nab this unit from Sellmytimesharenow.com at the end of the year (12/10/17). If your patient and persistent, there are still bargains to be found. I think the seller didn't want to pay the upcoming MF and reduced the selling price.
My total cost with closing was $10,690

That's an awesome price. Congrats. I used sellmytimesharenow as well and they were great to work with.
 
Looks like they were are priced well as I went in soon after they opened and attempted to buy 1 of all the platinum available (6 IOI's) got rejected on each of them. Said they were already sold out. I was put on waiting list. Put in orders within 5 minutes of it going live.
 
Through the Owner Resale Program, I have been offered a Platinum 1BR, 81,000 SO for $9000.

Is there any advantage buying it vs. a similar property for $7000 resale through TUG or another vetted listing online?
