We are at WKORN now, and the only work going on at the site is building a new fence on the East side of the property. Other than that, the place looks pretty much identical to what it looked like last year.

I think the concrete was for the new fence. The posts are set into large concrete bases. The fence matches the rest of the fence around the property, and was built along the Honua Kai access road, on the northeast side.

This week there are about 4 guys doing odd jobs on the site. They move the front loader around and seem to be cutting lumber for use on something, but I cannot see what. Not much else going on.

Talked to Syed yesterday. No hard facts on the property status. Some talk of building a parking structure that can be shared with Honua Kai. Guess we will just have to see what develops (or doesn't).

Also got news that Safeway is planning to expand at the Cannery Mall.

The defining moment of North North will be when Starwood starts selling pre-construction ownership. Once they start spending money they will very soon start selling.
