Dear all,

Who can request lockoff unit at Williow Ridge? Is that information on the deed? How can I make sure the unit I purchase can reserve lockoff.

Thanks,

Jane

Hmmmm...:ponder: Did you win the $1 eBay auction on the Platinum Willow Ridge unit?

It's been reported on TUG that any 2BR owner can reserve the 2BR lockoff unit.

That's my understanding, so long as there is one available for the week you want. Basically it's first come/first served on the type of unit you can request to reserve.

While not all units are lock off capable, all owners have the lock off option. So it doesn't matter which actual unit appears on your deed, all owners have the ability to lock off.

The same holds true at Harbour Lake (the other former Horizons property). Though Harbour Lake is a little different since it wasn't initially built with lock offs, only the last two buildings have lock off units, but even those who bought before those buildings were built can request a lock off.

Lock offs at both resorts are on a first come first serve basis. So make your reservation the first day that inventory is released.
