williamsburg-greensprings or williamsburg plantation?

for fall trip.
I've stayed at greensprings many times. any reason to pick
williamsburg plantation instead? We will be visiting child at William and Mary.
We like Green for good indoor pool, hot tub and great sauna, nice units, expansive grounds.
We are an active couple and would bring our bikes. Nice onsite events, such as wine tasting would be a plus. We don't care about any tours or off-site offerings.​
 
Williamsburg Plantation has better units, but I wouldn't say that it is a big difference. Stay with what you like.
 
williamsburg has a $30 per week resort fee. Do you pay a resort fee to stay at Greenspring?
