Why would anybody convert there Club Wyndham points to Wyndham Rewards at .4 conversion ratio

I went to another sales meeting and second lady told me I could convert my Club Wyndham points to Wyndham rewards one to one I go home and look it up and its 1000 to 400 WTF. She also told me at the annual meeting no more trades and then at the end she ask me if I considered trading. I said didn't they just say they frown on that. Also she was trying to scare me when I die how will I get rid of my timeshare. I told her why do I care I'm dead.

If their lips are moving....

They lie about these things to make them sound better than they really are. Just like all of the plus partners options. Terrible value- but lots of uniformed owners do it anyway.
