Why are the MF’s so high on this Canterbury contract?

70,000 annual Canterbury points listed at $56 per month. $56 x 12 = $672. Assuming this person is paying the higher $195 plus partners programming fee takes us down to $467 per year before the programming fee. $467/70 = $6.67 per thousand points. The maintenance fee chart on TUG lists Canterbury as $3.94 per thousand. What am I missing?
 
Something's just wrong on that listing. It could be a mistake by the seller, or it could be a mistake that originated on an estoppel and the seller's just passing bad information from Wyndham.
