I have someone interested in taking over my Wyndham deed (189,000 bi-annual converted fixed week) at Star Island. Please message me asap what you charge and costs for the buyer, so I can let her know and confirm the deal. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much. The potential buyer is a current Wyndham owner who said she has purchased resale before. She thought the transfer was 399. So maybe she’ll be even more excited about 299.Keep in mind that no matter who handles the closing, Wyndham will charge its' own gratuitous $299 "transfer fee". It would be wise to address this detal with your potential buyer, so that there are no last minute surprises and that there is advance knowledge and agreement regarding this detail.
Ordinarily, I would recommend LT Transfers as a closing entity, as would many others on this site, but I vaguely recall reading somewhere on this site that LTT will no longer handle Wyndham transactions (I may be mistaken regarding that vague recollection).
She might very well be correct about the higher figure. My cited cost might now be obsolete; it wouldn't surprise me if that was the case. She thought the transfer was 399.
They will handle the transfer, IF the buyer and seller will accept the truth that Wyndham takes 6 months or even more to do a transfer. The constant nagging of the closing company on updates is entirely unnecessary, and why should LT put up with that, when the delay is on Wyndham's end, and Wyndham doesn't update them. Wyndham is the worst company for these transfers. Absolutely the worst. She might very well be correct about the higher figure. My cited cost might now be obsolete; it wouldn't surprise me if that was the case.
Go to LTtransfers.com for details regarding LTT contact info, phone #, email, fees. I hope I'm wrong about LTT no longer handling Wyndham transactions. Good Luck!

I’ll try to find contact info for LTT. if anyone here has a great, please don’t hesitate to share!
I don’t think so. I originally purchased it resale. It stayed points for me. So assuming it will still do the same for the new person.Question when it Wyndham Deeded Week converted to Points does it revert to the Deeded Week/Unit upon resale?
We purchased it about 20 years ago. If someone knows if that has changed, I would love to know that too! Thanks so much.I don’t think so. I originally purchased it resale. It stayed points for me. So assuming it will still do the same for the new person.
