Easter or Thanksgiving 2009?
When do you think people would be more likely to travel?
Both are off-season, but if people wanted to get away for a holiday, what is your best bet?

It depends on the resort, but at least on the West Coast, most kids are only out of school for 2 days for Thanksgiving, but have a full week at Easter. On the West Coast, Spring Break is usually the week before or after Easter - but I know that's not true everywhere. You should look at Dave's Spring Break list at the top of the TUG Lounge, to determine the best week for your particular resort.

What kind of week is it? If it's Orlando, I'd deposit Easter week. Not sure about a ski week, Easter is a little late, Thanksgiving is usually a little too early for skiing.

In general, I would guess that Thanksgiving week is more of a "home with the family" week so worth a little less as a trade.

I'd be interested in seeing other people's thoughts.
