You will need to take a cab unless you are really into walking. The cab fare is the same for any place within Nuevo Vallarta.

Like John said - take a cab - it is a LONG walk. The Occidental Allegro and Vallarta Palace are next door to one another. They are adjacent the Paradise Village & its shopping center.

its a 50 cent bus ride from outside the Mayan gates to Paradise Village.
