MP3 Players

I like Costco because of their liberal return policy so would you recommend:

1.Archos 6GB
2.Phillips 4GB
3.iriver 4GB or 8GB
4.IPod nano 4GB (might be over my $120 limit)

I'll probably have less than 800 songs & no photos. Any advice appreciated.

I've ruled out anything over $120 (family limit set for XMAS gifts). :)

Thanks!!

Does it have to be from Costco?

Costco's return policy is great, I agree. But I needed 3 iPods for gifts last Christmas so I purchased 3 reconditioned iPods directly from the Apple Store. The 4GB models are $79 and the 8GB models are $99. They come with a limited one-year warranty but they've worked perfectly so we haven't needed it.

If you have the United Miles program, you can log on to the Apple Store through the United Mall and get miles for your purchase.

Thanks to both of you. It doesn't HAVE to come from Costco. I'll check the Apple store for recond. ones.

Iriver is nice. Personally I am using it and the sound quality is great.
