my first reaction was 25% off Standard room rates (I assume = Rack Rates) is no deal at all. If I'm hunting hotel rooms, I'm not generally paying anywhere close to rack rates (generally).

So I just don't understand the value proposition here

You're trying to find value on the buyers side. The usual retail TS smoke and mirrors marketing usually doesn't involve much of that.

LOL....they can sell deeds that are worth nothing for $25,000+. You're underestimating their sales prowess.
