We are headed up to Vermont this weekend. We have a unit at the Trapp Guest Houses. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to request?

Thanks!

Nearer the Lodge has its benefits, as does nearer the brewery. :)

It depends on whether you plan to x-c ski. If you do, then you'd probably want to be closer to the Lodge so you can just walk to the beginning of the trails. That would mean Village 1 (buildings 1 through 12, with 1 and 2 the closest, 3 and 4 the next closest, etc.). Or if you plan to eat or take part in any activities in the Lodge those are also ideal since you just cross the road to the Lodge.

You can also ski right out the door from Village 3 (buildings 25 through 28) and they have a more of a feeling of being totally out in the woods. Note that these units are only available for Sunday check-ins - Saturday check-ins will be in Village 1 or 2.

Personally, to me having an upper unit as opposed to a lower unit is more important than the location. Upstairs neighbors can be very noisy.
