Where can I buy Spacebank Weeks

I used to use a South African company that sold spacebank weeks for RCI. This would allow me to add a few one time use weeks to my account for an extra exchange.

The company no longer sells these.

Does anyone know where I can buy a spacebank week for under $300. I just need it to get a trade that can be gotten with any week regardless of size or power.

Thanks

I think it is, but people sell them on ebay all the time. Just looking for another alternative to the SA company I used.

Kuhio Banyan Club is a timeshare that will let owners purchase one-time-use extra weeks for deposit into their RCI account, just as you've described, for $100 for a studio, and $150 for a 1br. I've done it several times, but I don't know if they do it for non-owners.

But you can buy a Waikiki studio week there that trades quite well for $100 or less on Ebay. Some are even sold for a dollar. Annual use floating week in Waikiki in a modest place (pretty okay to stay there - I've done it) but a much better trader. And extra weeks if you want to buy the one time use. Annual MFs are less than $500. Not a bad deal, really.

I've purchased dozens of spacebanked weeks from Cape, but RCI banned those sales several months ago. If you knew which resort and date to buy, it was an inexpensive way to get good trading weeks with no long term commitment, so of course RCI had to put a stop to it! My plan B,or C, will likely be to just rent, and then RCI won't get their $164/wk for our 15 weeks/yr of vacation.
