When to book RCI vacations

Hi tuggers

I know this has been discussed before, but I'm unable to find the conversation.

At what specific time each day is the Rci availability released. Say I want to book hgvc in NYC. At what time each day would be the right time to check? GMT/CET

I know that no one can guarantee that any new inventory will be released the day that I check.

Usually for RCI Points, if there is availability, it would appear at 12am Eastern at the 10 month mark.

However I don't know if anything changed since last weekend's RCI upgrade ;)
