What's Your Marriott 'Sleep Number'? [How many MVC properties ...?]

Owner since 1995. The bold I have been to multiple times ranging from 2 to 25 times. The two top location are HHI and Aruba with 95% being summertime. I was not lying when I mention we are a beach family. The rest of the resorts I have been to only once. The underscored means I have not visited the resort in 10 to 20 years. The * resort is my most embarrassing stay. After buying two resales in 1995, I allowed myself to be talked into buying from the developer at the Ocean Pointe location. It was in 2002 and I just went off to vacation after having earned my largest commission deal since starting at IBM (in 1978). I guess I couldn't wait to spend it. I rescinded before leaving and we leased a car for my wife instead, paying it all upfront. The ** was my worst vacation. It was in 1996 and my oldest son was 8 years old. We lost him in Faneuil Hall Boston during Christmas time. He had a speech impediment and was hard to understand. He was away for us for 15 minutes and was actually outside the Market Place where we lost him. He was the worst 15 minutes of my life up to that point.

No, we count that as two. :) If I ever get to Streamside, I can count three. Though I guess I have to book a room in each one.
 
As best as I can remember, I count 16 but am sure I am leaving 1 or 2 out.

Maybe the timeshare sales person was lying to you?

My sales rep owns in Maui and says they always convert to points to book in Maui.

If you own in Maui you wouldn't convert to points to book Maui because you get 20% less points than it takes to book what you own. Ahhhh, memories of 2010 and the skim.
 
I will never understand why anyone believes ANYTHING that comes out of the sales weasels mouths at this point. They are trained professional liars. They lie about anything and everything that suits them in the moment.

Claiming to be owners of all this and having visited all these properties is all a way for them to relate to you to get your guard down and convince you how great the product is!! Anyone ever seen one of the sales weasels laying by the pool at a resort?

It is, this year alone we've been to 25+ resorts (not all Marriott brands) that I had no videos on my channel for. Let's just say, I am sitting on a huge backlog of unedited videos yet to be published.

Well over 50 different properties over our 30 years. Hoping to add the Sheraton in Myrtle Beach this fall. Hard to recall which we may have missed in Orlando and Hilton Head because of the high number of them at each. Have not been able to get to the Ritz in Aspen or the recent addition in Waikiki beach. Will add Westin Lagunamar in January !
