What's the best bang for buck in terms of maintenance fees for RCI points received?

I currently own one timeshare that I use almost strictly for trading purposes. It's fully paid off (bought it 25 years ago for practically next to nothing). At the time I thought it was a great deal for what I was getting in the RCI system. Now, I'm not so sure. It runs me about $800 for which I get 53000 RCI points, so each point costs me about 1.5 cents in maintenance fees. That still isn't bad in my book, but does anyone do better these days? I suspect so... Tell me what's out there worth considering, especially if it has a low resale price.

One person posted on TUG that there were around 1 cent a point with Tree Tops Resort. Then someone else warned there could be unexpected special assessments pending if MFs are that low... Potentially lots of deferred maintenance.

I have three different resorts that are slightly over 1 cent per point. One is now a Wyndham resort, it's now called Wyndham Grand Palms, and RCI Points do not transfer, but that one is $1,248 for 104,500 points. It's about 1.2 cents per point. It's still a good trader in weeks as well, gets a lot of TPU's for the MF's, for 2026 it's worth 65 TPU's, making it a very cheap trader in weeks.

Mansfield in Australia is at about 9/10 cent a point. That resort is going to end as a timeshare soon. I wish it was very soon, as I am tired of using RCI.

Fox Hills in Mishicot is right at 1.1 cent per point as well. $550 for 54,500 points.

Grandview in Vegas used to be great, but we will see how that goes with new management.

Grandview is .92 for the easy to get 1 bedroom like the one I am looking to give away (a 49k Triennial). There is a 2 bedroom 122k that i think beats that but I am not 100 percent on the MF.
