Unfortunately very few people who are knowledgeable about buying resale will be interested in such a small amount of points, unless maybe he/she already owns points based at your resort and wants to add to their account.
There are too many Wyndham FF Points deals being auctioned off on Ebay at very low prices, and this has really driven down the value of points.
I recently purchased 140,000 FF Points (based at a southeast Florida resort) for $297. plus $399. in closing costs and $100. resort transfer fees.
If you book 90 days or less from your travel date, you can either "borrow" the next years points and/or rent ($5.00 per thousand) directly from Wyndham up to the number of points you own.
So 66,000 + 66,000 (rented for $330) + 66,000 (borrowed from next use year) gets you a nice vacation (198,000 points). Then the next year rent another 66,000 points and borrow the balance from the next year.

If 198K gets you a nice vacation what does 132K get you in years 2 - N
Or is their an ongoing additional $660 to keep at the 198K level ( 2 * 330 ) plus the existing maintenance and fairshare (there's an oxymoron) fees on the original purchase?
Total annual cost $ 1200 - 1500 getting very close to rack rental rates . . . .
