It used to be in the Wyndham resort directory and now it is gone.

It's gone, been gone some years, it was only two floors. I think the hotel was bought and the lease wasn't renewed, or words to that effect.

It was sold and left the Club Wyndham portfolio as of November 1, 2019.

Why did they sell it? Does anyone know? One of the best selling points of Wyndham is its city properties.

To clarify, it was a Wyndham hotel (already a different corporation by that point) and Club Wyndham had some inventory pursuant to a lease agreement. The hotel was sold to Royal Sonesta and the relationship with Club Wyndham ended.

Never heard of Sonesta before. Interesting.

It's a growing hotel brand - never stayed in one myself. Sonesta is wholly owned by the RMR Group last time I checked.

The Royal Sonesta in New Orleans is a fabulous hotel.

We stayed there for 3 nights using hotel reward points. At the time 15000 for any hotel. Right across the river from Trump hotel I believe.
