What would you do if you won this HGTV home worth $600K?

I would sell it immediately or take the cash option....taxes.....you didn’t pay anything to win it, so although it’s annoying, it is what it is. Then I would use the cash left to VRBO in all of the fantastic places I would never be able to afford otherwise. And bring friends and family. A different place every year. We are building our forever home right now (if it ever gets done) and have no desire to live elsewhere.
I guess I’d better enter the contest. I really wanted the ski lodge type house in Asheville from many years ago though.
